El Pinoy Care Services is currently seeking a dedicated Payroll & Administration Officer to support our accounts and operations team across NDIS participants, Aged Care consumers, and Nursing Home partners throughout Sydney.

About the Role
This is a Monday to Thursday, office-based role focused primarily on payroll and administrative support, with exposure to all areas of the business.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our accounts team, care managers, and broader operations—making this an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in accounting, payroll, or the aged care and disability sector.
A Day in the Life:
As a Payroll & Administration Officer, you will:
Assist with payroll processing and timesheet verification
Support the accounts team with general financial administration
Maintain accurate employee and client records across internal systems
Provide administrative support to care managers and the wider team
Act as backup support for the rostering/admin phone line when required
Assist with general office coordination and day-to-day operations
Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards
Selection Criteria
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in administration or payroll support (preferred)
Exposure to accounting systems such as MYOB (highly regarded)
Familiarity with care management systems like Visual Care (advantageous)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
National Police Check (essential)
