El Pinoy Care Services is currently seeking a dedicated Payroll & Administration Officer to support our accounts and operations team across NDIS participants, Aged Care consumers, and Nursing Home partners throughout Sydney.

About the Role

This is a Monday to Thursday, office-based role focused primarily on payroll and administrative support, with exposure to all areas of the business.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our accounts team, care managers, and broader operations—making this an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in accounting, payroll, or the aged care and disability sector.

A Day in the Life:

As a Payroll & Administration Officer, you will:

  • Assist with payroll processing and timesheet verification

  • Support the accounts team with general financial administration

  • Maintain accurate employee and client records across internal systems

  • Provide administrative support to care managers and the wider team

  • Act as backup support for the rostering/admin phone line when required

  • Assist with general office coordination and day-to-day operations

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards

Selection Criteria

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in administration or payroll support (preferred)

  • Exposure to accounting systems such as MYOB (highly regarded)

  • Familiarity with care management systems like Visual Care (advantageous)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • National Police Check (essential)
