Begin care support
We will arrange a time to call and meet with you to discuss your goals and help guide you through the process of accessing government-subsidised funding.
You will need to participate in an assessment to determine if you are eligible for government-subsidised funding. We will help you prepare and attend at your invitation to make sure you get the best outcome.
Already have funding?
You will be notified whether or not you have been approved. Once you find out, contact El Pinoy Care Services to begin planning!
Before we begin our services, we will have a final induction to go through our company policies, your rights, and your responsibilities. Before signing we will go over the final service agreement along with all the mandatory registration and consent forms. Once you have signed, we will allocate you one of our dedicated support workers!
Funding explained
In providing care subsidies, The Federal Government divides the world of care by age, namely whether you are under 65 or over 65 years of age.

Under 65 years
You need to contact the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to establish if you are eligible to receive government-subsidised disability support under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Over 65 years

You need to contact My Aged Care to establish if you are eligible to receive government-subsidised aged care support.
