El Pinoy Care Services is currently seeking a dedicated Rostering & Administration Officer to coordinate scheduling and provide administrative support across our NDIS participants, Aged Care Consumers, and Nursing Home partners throughout Sydney.

A Day in the Life:
As a Rostering & Administration Officer, you will:
Manage scheduling and rostering enquiries from clients, support workers, and care partners.
Coordinate and assign support workers across NDIS, aged care, and nursing home services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date rosters aligned with client needs and staff availability.
Communicate schedule changes promptly and professionally.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Selection Criteria
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or administration (essential)
Experience within disability, aged care, or healthcare sectors (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Familiarity with rostering or workforce management systems (preferred)
National Police Check (essential)
