El Pinoy Staffing is currently seeking Kitchenhands, Cleaners, and Laundry Staff to support Nursing Homes across Sydney on a casual, on-call basis.

A Day in the Life:
As part of our On-Call Support Team, you will:
Assist nursing home facilities with kitchen duties including food preparation support and cleaning.
Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas in line with infection control standards.
Support laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linen.
Step into shifts at short notice to help facilities maintain smooth daily operations.
Represent El Pinoy Staffing with professionalism and reliability at all times.
Selection Criteria
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in kitchen, cleaning, laundry, or aged care environments (preferred)
Understanding of workplace health and safety practices
National Police Check (essential)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
Ability to travel to various nursing home locations across Sydney
Relevant qualifications in Individual Support or Aged Care (advantageous for progression opportunities)
Skills & Attributes
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work flexible, on-call shifts (including short-notice requests)
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to facility protocols
Professional presentation and respectful attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
